Chats started with outdated models stuck as "read-only"
All of my chats used c4ai-command-r-plus, and since HC switched over to the 2024 one, I can no longer send messages. Do you think there's a possibility you can add the ability to let users change the active model for chats that were started with deprecated models? I have a lot of ongoing, complex chats and would appreciate if this is implemented in the future.
We can probably add something simple to let you switch chats to a new model. Let me know if that's something the community would find handy!

Yes please, I also have a bunch of chats that are now stuck in read-only and that would be really helpful
